Capital Distribution, Business Loan and Repayment for Loan

The capital required for our business is RM 150,000.00. The capital that was shared was RM 100,000.00 and the surplus of RM 50,000.00 would apply for loan from the bank. The capital distribution of our company's business is divided into three parts, 40% of the general manager, 30% administrative manager and the excess 30% of the finance manager.

Our company BC Poultry Sdn. Bhd would like to make loan from Agro Bank Berhad of RM 50,000.00 for the purpose of our business. AgroBank is an agricultural bank that offers several advantages to lenders especially to farmers. The advantages are :
