1. Daily Operations: The primary role of a manager
is to ensure the daily functioning of a department or group of employees.

1. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports,

General Worker
|
1. Perform all general duties such as cleaning the
chicken coop, feeding the chicken and monitoring the condition of the
chicken.
2. Perform all processing work including
slaughtering of chicken to delivering of chicken to the buyer.

What do they offer?
They offer a range of financial solutions including Protection, Health,

Period and Fees:

Period of Protection : 1 year

Monthly Fees : RM 150.00 per month
Benefits obtained:
·
Protects buildings where our business operates from fires, explosions,
damage caused by broken pipes and malicious acts.
·
Protected if theft involves breaking into / out of the building causing
loss or damage to items such as equipment, furniture and stocks stored inside
the building.
·
Business will be protected if theft or attempt to break in leads to
financial loss or damage to the building includes money stolen from a safe, a
vault, a money machine, or when it is brought in or out of the building.
·
Protects our employees if the accident occurs within the building
causing death or injury. We are entitled to receive an additional fee of up to
RM10, 000 if the robbery inside the building causes the death of the employee.
Company Employee’s Benefit and Incentive
Financial Incentives :
a) SOCSO
It is actually Social Society Organization (SOCSO).
It is also known as PERKESO or Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial in Malay term. It
is an organization set up to enforce and implement the Employees’ Social
Security Act 1969 and the Employees’ Social Security Regulations 1971.
Furthermore, it provides social security protection by social insurance
including medical and cash benefits and a few others to employees to reduce the
employee financial problems and to lessen their burdens. This is also a way of
protection for their family and it is also finance guarantees. (This is usually
used while working and not when retirement ages). Effective 1 January 2012, the
employer's share contribution for employees who receive monthly wage of RM
5,000 and below is increased 1% from 12% to 13%. The employee's share
contribution rate remains at 11%.
b) EPF
EPF or also known as Employees Provident Fund is
actually a compulsory saving scheme in Malaysia. Besides that, EPF is mainly
important as a measure of security for old age retirement to its members. The
few benefits of EPF is to use part of the employees saving for the house
payments after working life (during retirement ages). In Malay term, it is
known as KWSP or Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja. This saving will be used during
their retirement ages since they are not getting any other financial help at
that time.
c) Bonus
It is one of an effective way to reward a very
reliable and sincere employee annually. This is actually done by the employer
to show their gratefulness towards their employees. It is actually referred to
their company’s profits for that particular year and then it will be rewarded
to the employees.
Non-Financial Incentives :
a) Sick leave
This is a form of leave which will be given only if
the employees are sick. This will be given after getting confirmation from a
doctor. The rate to give this leave is according to the company.
b) Emergency leave
It is a form of leave that is allowed to take by
the workers only if they face any emergency during their working period. As an
example, if there is an emergency for a worker, he/she is allowed to take this
form of leave under few circumstances.
c) Awards and
Recognition
There are several programs to recognize and award
for permanent and temporary employees for their hard work and dedication. Award
programs can include perfect awards and bonuses, employee of the week and/or
month awards, as well as merit reviews and pay increases.
d) Healthcare
Program
Offer medical, dental, prescription, short-term
disability and life insurance benefits to our employees and their families. We
are very particular in our employees’ health condition and we want the best for
them. Employees are eligible to enroll in this program after their first day of
their work. Coverage will begin on the first Monday following the first payroll
deduction.
